Dr. Carolyn I Jacob | Director 
Our director, Dr. Carolyn Jacob, is fellowship trained in Cosmetic and Laser Surgery from Harvard Medical School. Dr. Jacob has authored several book chapters and journal articles in the field of cosmetic and Laser Surgery.
She is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is an Associate Clinical Instructor at Northwestern Medical School. She is an active member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery.
She frequently lectures in the Chicagoland area, as well as national conferences.

Dr. Tracy Cambell | Physician 
A board certified dermatologist who is fellowship-trained in Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery, cutaneous oncology, and laser and cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Kathleen Albrecht | Physician
Practicing since 1991, Kathleen Albrecht, M.D. is a graduate of Georgetown University Medical School, and is fellowship trained in the highly sub-specialized field of Ophthalmic, Plastic, Reconstructive, and Orbital Surgery.
Nirali Shah, PA-C | Physician Assistant 
Since 2002, Nirali has worked with Dr. Jacob diagnosing and treating general dermatology patients, as well as cosmetic patients. In addition, she lends her skills in laser hair removal and chemical peels.
Stephanie Fox, PA-C | Physician Assistant 
Stephanie is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology since her graduation from Midwestern University’s Physician Assistant program in 2010. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology and Finance from Miami University. Stephanie is trained in general dermatology, including acne, skin cancer screening, psoriasis, warts, and rashes. Additionally, she is skilled in various esthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, IPL Fotofacial skin rejuvenation, Zeltiq CoolSculpting and Thermage cellulite treatment and skin tightening. As a member of the CCSD team, she is eager to assist you in your skin care needs.
Julie Blecker | Esthetician 
Julie Blecker is a licensed medical esthetician with over 9 years of experience. She joins the CCSD team with a vast knowledge of medical grade skin care lines and anti-aging treatments. Julie is an expert in advanced dermatologic skin care treatments and dermatologic skin care lines. She looks forward to giving you clearer skin via SilkPeel microdermabrasions, PCA peels, Fire and Ice peels, and Deep Pore Cleansing treatments. She has a passion for esthetics and enjoys helping people look and feel better about themselves. She also enjoys running, reading, kayaking, and mountain biking.
Susan Ettinger | Office Manager
A Chicago native with a background in Cosmetic Surgery and a flare for style, Susan is the CCSD team’s office manager.
