The video doesn't play correctly, or it ends prematurely.

When you click on the link to begin playing, the Media Player window should say "Opening" then "Connecting" (or "Connecting to Server") then "Buffering", and finally, "Playing". If it doesn't do any of this, download and install the latest version of Windows Media Player. The player is free, and you can get it from the Windows Media Player download page here.

I get two messages - one that indicates Microsoft Windows Media Player 7 or later is required to play this video, and another one that says "This Web page wants to use an add-on that is either disabled or from a publisher you have blocked".

This pair of messages can occur if the Windows Media Player is not enabled for your browser. If you are running Microsoft Windows® XP Service Pack 2 or later, do the following to enable the Windows Media Player add-on: In Windows Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Manage Add-ons. In the Show list, click Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer. In the Name column, select Windows Media Player. Under Settings, select Enable.

The video is frozen, however the audio is fine. The video works briefly when I move the window around the screen.

Your connection probably isn't fast enough to stream this video. This video is best viewed with a cable or T1 connection. Please close all open programs, including the website that you used to open the video, and try playing the video again.

The player starts, says "Opening" then just hangs - it doesn't buffer anything.

This is probably caused by a 'firewall' preventing the download. A firewall (or 'proxy server') is a computer or a piece of software that limits the items that you can upload or download from the Internet. It is useful in preventing hackers getting access to your system, however it often means you can't download Windows Media.
